Meet Insurance Agent Haley Howard

With extensive experience in the insurance industry, Haley Adams is passionate about helping individuals and families find the right coverage for their needs. Specializing in personal lines of insurance, she brings a wealth of knowledge to Kenneth Rhodes & Associates, ensuring her clients feel confident and protected.

Haley began her insurance career in 2017 and has since earned her Property and Casualty license. Before joining KRA, she worked for another local insurance agent and also gained valuable industry experience at Progressive Direct. Her background in the automotive industry—where she worked as a service advisor and in the business office—has given her a strong foundation in customer service and financial management, which she applies to her role in insurance.

A graduate of Crescent High School, Haley takes pride in building lasting relationships with her clients and providing personalized solutions to meet their insurance needs.
